I used to go to this clinic all the time and loved the service there. It’s really gone down the hill. I have no idea how they run a healthcare business. I drove 2 hours to get to my appt on time only for the building to be closed. They sent me to another location then called saying the doctor called off. Mind you this is my third attempt to come in for my appt. I left my home at 7:30 am got there at 9 am on the dot got transferred and played with to not be seen at all to having multiple locations closed and not running or having doctors call off . RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS” clinic” it is not professional or caring of patients AT ALL.** the male nurse that came from another location in Long Beach as well was very helpful and nice. So was the doctor but BHC COMPTON really needs to get it together or close down if they can’t find providers.

“I had a very good experience at this primary clinic. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I really appreciated the kindness and care they showed. “Highly recommend!”

I really love this clinic I was hesitant at first because it needs a little TLC from the outside but it's the people on the inside that really maKe this place wonderful dr.zhu is amazing he's so understanding and helpful ignore the negative reviews trust im a white women and I saw every background come through that door treated all the same as equals focused on health without judgment and I thank them for that ❤️🤟

Janet at the front desk is awesome very professional just like the rest of the staff I'm familiar with all employees plus ruby and cookie at the Crenshaw office and Clemente also I've been a client for 10 years. Very very good medical outfit Jason guertin 5 stars . Ps. Give Janet a raise Atlantic office

Ignore the reviews, ever since this office opened back up after the covid closure, they have been so awesome. Almost don't even want to make this review and blow the spot up. The doctor and staff are amazing, anytime I call I get answered, any appointment I have, I get seen immediately. Legitimately surprised at how great this office is now.
